Do you need help switching from your previous bank to your current South Central State Bank Account?  Follow the following links to print off helpful information to make the transition easier.

  • Transfer Direct Deposits
    • Give this letter to your company payroll person to have your payroll quickly changed over to your new account.
  • Automatic Withdrawal Transfer Form
    • This form is to be used for all bills that you have automatically withdrawn from your account each month.  You will need a separate form for each withdrawal that comes out.
  • Close previous Account Letter
    • Fill this letter out and send into your previous bank.  This will instruct them that you wish to close your account.  They may contact you to confirm the information as well as possibly send you more information that they need filled out for their records.
  • Cancel Automatic Payments Letter
    • If you wish to use our Bill Pay service instead of having payments automatically deducted each month, you will need to send this letter to any company that automatically withdraws money from your account, example: (credit card payments, utilities, etc)
  • Switch Account Organizer
    • This form is for your use.  It will help you keep track of what accounts have been transferred over to your new account and which ones, still need transferred.  You can also keep track of which checks are still outstanding on your previous account so you can know when everything has cleared and you can safely close that account.
